Steps
- 1On the login page, select Forgot password.
- 2Enter the email address on your account and submit.
- 3Open the reset link from the email within 30 minutes.
- 4Choose a new password of at least 12 characters and confirm.
If MFA is enabled you'll still need your authenticator code after resetting. If you've lost both, contact support with your ID ready.
