Open Reports → Realized P&L and choose a date range. The report lists every closed position with entry, exit, holding period, and net gain or loss after fees.
Cost basis method
Meridian defaults to FIFO. You can change the method for future sales under Settings → Tax; changes apply to trades placed after the setting is saved.
